Brigham announced they where laying down both of their rigs in 2009 until drilling costs came down.
I guess the economics don't look too good at $46 oil.

Tracker is still drillng away like there are no problems in Dunn County, it's time to lay the rigs down and let the vendors get real about their prices

I signed up to be a member of the Discussion group and had a reply that I was a memeber, but every time I try to send a reply I get turned down. So be it. I just want to say the Christmas discussion is the BEST I have read so far. I loved it. Thanks people. Keep up the great work. M

teegue, I have 1/4 section in 156n 92w and am surrounded by rigs and wells, and the lease is coming up soon. got the pipe line on end of claim. and road runs down the side of it. how much would a real amount be to ask for the next five years per acre ?
also, with only 160 acres, would a pogh clause be realistic ? j.m.
