NDIC Docket. Case #10525. Why would Brigham want to go to 1280 acre spacings. Could they do this to claim an unleased neighboring section and then only pay 1/8th to the mineral owner?

I think its because thats the spacing in that area.

Correction to above. I was viewing the BEXP presentation and had saw what appear to be two long laterals planned west of the Nesson and confused them with the NDIC docket.
As to the reason why, I guess they have there reasons.
